Turnkey Delivery

One point of contact, a fixed budget, a committed timeline

Design, production, site management and handover under one contract. We take on subcontractor coordination — you just evaluate the result.

What We Do

We close the gap between design and construction

On many projects, the team that draws the design and the team that builds it are different, so responsibility is never quite clear — when something goes wrong, it's up for debate whose fault it was. Under the turnkey model that ambiguity disappears: we draw it, we build it, the responsibility is ours.

  • A detailed bill of quantities that fixes the budget before signing
  • Subcontractor coordination, material sourcing and site management under one roof
  • Weekly progress reports with photo documentation from site
  • A closed snag list at handover and a clear warranty process

Process

Four steps from contract to handover

01

Site Visit & Analysis

We measure the space on site and clarify your needs and budget together. This meeting is free.

02

Concept Design

Moodboards, material palette and 3D renders — you see the final look before anything is built.

03

Working Drawings

Manufacturing details, electrical-mechanical coordination and the bill of quantities are prepared and priced.

04

Turnkey Delivery

We handle site management, production tracking and quality control. The snag list is closed at handover, then the warranty begins.

Frequently Asked

Common questions about turnkey delivery

The detailed bill of quantities we prepare before signing fixes the budget line by line. After signing, the budget stays fixed unless you request a change in scope; any changes are tied to a written addendum with your approval.
Yes. A snag list (punch list) is drawn up and closed at handover; the warranty period for workmanship issues is specified in the contract. Material warranties follow the manufacturer's terms.
